So then the question is, why aren’t we all driven by purpose? I mean it feels incredible to fulfill a sense of purpose, it gives you a massive boost in capability as purpose driven humans tend also to be competent humans, it also tends to reframe the road that you are on because when your purpose is the engine that pushes you, road blocks tend to look a lot more like detours.
